What a weekend!! July 4th is always busy for me - but this one definitely tops them all. I started out on Saturday with a 4th of July wedding at Pole Creek Golf Course in Fraser, then headed to Denver Saturday night for a traditional mixed Jewish/Swedish wedding at the Botanic Gardens in Littleton, then off to Vail for a Military wedding on Monday morning at Piney River Ranch. Lots of driving and about 2500 pictures.
I managed to sneak in some landscape shots of the Vail wedding location, which has been one of the most incredibly amazing areas I've ever been to - if you're ever in the area, make sure you head up to Piney River Ranch.
I'm glad to be back in Grand Lake and ready for 2 more weddings this week -

Tahnee & Stephen : Grand Lake
This wedding took place at a private home overlooking Grand Lake and Mt. Baldie - what a gorgeous setting. The girls got ready at Sunnyside Cottages at the end of town - then I took a short boat ride with the guys over to the house. We managed to get the entire ceremony finished just before the afternoon showers started - so we quickly took the formal portraits and headed for Caroline's Cuisine. Great food - Great location! The rain finally stopped and I headed outside for some one on one time with the bride & groom. Congrats Tahnee & Stephen!!

Kristen & Russ : Estes Park
So just under two weeks ago, I had a double take in Estes Park - this is the second... It was a very intimate day with the ceremony & reception held at the family's cabin in downtown Estes of which they actually run a business as Barbara's Bed & Breakfast. There was so much character at the house - we had to take advantage of it and we managed to get some amazing photos! And isn't the bride gorgeous!?! We even had a professional golf cart driver to give us the grande tour!
